NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSE CREEK, MINNESOTA, that the water and sewer rates beginning the fourth quarter of 2025, effective October 1, 2025, and thereafter until such time a change is made, shall be charged as follows:

WATER:       Minimum charge per quarter of the first 1,000 gallons of water used will be $34.50.

                        Per 1,000 gallons used after the first 1,000 gallons of water used will be $4.50.

SEWER:        Minimum charge per quarter of the first 1,000 gallons of water used will be $34.50.

                        Per 1,000 gallons used after the first 1,000 gallons of water used will be $4.50.
