FLUSHING HYDRANTS THURSDAY 2 26 2025, PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN USING WATER

FROZEN WATER SERVICE LINE NOTICE:  Due to continuous cold weather and the lack of snow cover, the frost table is lower than normal and his is resulting in frozen water service lines in some places.

Please be mindful to check the temp of your water after running it until it is cold.  The water temp should be around 45 degrees.  If the temp drops to 40 degrees or below, you may have an impending feeze up.  You can help prevent your line from freezing by letting the water run at a pencil size stream from a faucet, wrap your water lines with heat tape; leave cupboards doors open.  This risk could continue until we see a warm up in temps so please continue to monitor your water.

Water/Wastewater readings were read at the end of December and billing for 4th Quarter 2024 are due February 14, 2025.
