City Clerk/Treasurer

The City Clerk/Treasurer serves as the link between Council and citizens as well as between the Council and employees.

The Office of City Clerk/Treasurer for the City of Rose Creek provides clerical, record keeping, bookkeeping and administrative functions to the Council and the Mayor. In addition, this individual performs many tasks that assist in guiding and managing the operation of local government policy and law. Below are just a few of the responsibilities of the City of Rose Creek Clerk.

  • Grants liquor license/tobacco permits
  • Grants dog license
  • Grants street closures
  • Grants hall rental
  • Manages requests to speak to Council - to be added to the Agenda, contact City Hall at least 1 week before the meeting.
  • Collects information and prepares Council agendas and other information for Council
  • Collects, organizes, and maintains records
  • Records and submits Council meeting minutes
